Vintage Louis Vuitton Trunk

While these lovely trunks may not be necessary for traveling any longer, they are still a gorgeous vintage find that would make any fashionista's home look all the more gorgeous. I absolutely love the idea of a vintage LV trunk. They are exceptionally pricey but I've seen so many creative ways to use them, they become part of the decor of your house, or huge dressing room. Anyway-I thought I'd share, since even if we can't all afford them, nice things are fun to look at!

Rare and vintage memorbilla, furniture, books, as well as other items from the estate of Mary Pickford and Douglas Fairbanks, Pickfair, their legendary Beverly Hills mansion, will be auctioned off Nov.22-23. The cool thing is you can bid online at www.auctionnetwork.com/pickfair. You don't actually have to be at the auction. Thought i'd pass along to fellow hollywood lovers!

It cracks me up that it looks identical to the knockoff handbags on Canal Street, too! What a cool conversation piece to have, if you have $30K to spend! HAHAHA

Good post. I just came and wanted to say that I really enjoyed viewing your blog. In any case college board will be useful.
